Creativity and art has always been a passion of mine. When originally considering a job commercial real estate, I was scared about how much creativity I would be able to bring into the field. After spending time at my internship, it was clear that commercial real estate involved an abundance of creative thinking. With sustainably needs becoming a necessity, real-estate professionals will have to look for ways to meet these standards for their clients as well as keep up with the latest trends. Also, as most business’s have had to do since the pandemic, commercial real estate professionals need to adjust to the business needs of their clients to cater to a post-COVID world. Many of the aspects pertaining to office life such as having smaller office spaces and multi-purpose buildings have changed since 2019 making it crucial to adjust.
